This is a really great
service. I am telling my friends all about Quickflix. I like the no-lock in
contract. The dvds get here quickly and in good condition and they are easy
to return via the reply-paid envelope...

What a super fast and
professional service you provide. I have just upgraded my plan and cannot
believe how quickly the new dvd's arrive after I return the old ones. I
really enjoy surfing your website, through all the movies - there are some
titles there I have long forgotten about but just a quick click and it won't

HI, i wish to begin by
saying, i was highly sceptical about joining this service, as i am very used
and more to the point, very comfortable going down to the local video store
and picking from the selection in front of me.
This service has definately opened my eyes, i wish to say, your service is
unimaginably high quality, within 2 days of sending titles back, i recieve 2
more, other than the fact that i have to keep my queue full, this is
awesome, thank you so much for having such a great team of obligated staff
who allow your service to run so perfectly. its very high class for any type
of online service. thanks again, although i am new to your service, i am
sure you are now my primary choice of movie rental company and service

Quickflix is the second
on-line DVD rental service I have tried. I won't need to sample a third. In
short, QF provides an excellent service. DVD Range: QF has an excellent
library range. I find the website very easy to navigate with a useful tab
based interface. Browsing movies is made easier through the ability to
customise browsing preferences. Both the on-line and telephone based
customer service was fantastic. I have made several on-line queries, all
receiving attention / responses within 48 hours. All questions were answered
(often service desks will answer most but not all), and responses were well
written and formatted. Similarly, I found telephone support to be friendly,
helpful and concise. Delivery has been reliable. Thank you for providing a
great service.

I think it is a brilliant
service! I don't own a car and rarely rent DVDs as it's a hassle to get to a
store and return them, not to mention time-consuming to walk through the
whole store trying to remember the movies I want to see and expensive to
rent them out. Now I can browse whenever I have a spare moment from the
comfort of my desk and get them delivered right to my door - aah. I walk
past a post box every day so returning is a breeze! Plus I get unlimited
DVDs each month - fantastic! I have been telling all my friends about it and
recommending they check it out for themselves - I just have to find the time
to use your online recommendation service so I can get at least $5 off my
membership for all my spruiking efforts! Cheers

Thanks for the great service
that QuickFlix are giving. I also love the fact that we do not have to go
the Video shop at all. Our 4yr old thinks that you only get movies by the
mail and can't wait to check the letter box and open it to see if he has a
